Case of Barlow’s syndrome with prolapse of a2 & p2 cups of Mitral valve with severe mitral regurgitation in a 54 year old male with severe symptoms. Mitra clip procedure done with complete resolution of mitral regurgitation and achieved gradient 4. Patient extubated on table and planned discharge as per guidelines.
